Accepting these terms

By using this site or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Community Standards. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Account age requirement

You may create an account only if you meet the minimum age requirement presented during registration. You must confirm this before creating an account or starting membership checkout.

Your account

Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Accounts are personal: do not share, sell or transfer your access, and keep your password confidential. Tell us at hello@nilavoss.com if you think someone else has used your account.

We ask you to confirm your email address before signing in, so we know the address belongs to you.

Membership plans

Private+ is available for ₹999 monthly, ₹9,999 yearly or ₹24,999 for lifetime access. The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase with no renewal. New buyers can complete checkout before creating an account, then connect the purchase using the same email address.

Membership and cancellation

Monthly and yearly memberships renew for the billing period you choose until cancelled. You can manage or cancel them through the secure billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access ordinarily continues until the end of the period already paid for. Lifetime membership is a single payment and does not renew; access continues for the life of the service, subject to these terms.

Licence to view

When private material is released to members, it is licensed to you for personal, private viewing only. Copying, recording, screenshotting, downloading for redistribution, scraping, public posting or sharing your credentials is not permitted.

All content, photography, text and brand names on this site remain owned by Nila Voss Private or its licensors. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.

Conduct

Do not use the site for harassment, threats, hateful conduct, impersonation, automated collection of content, security testing without permission, or anything unlawful.

Suspension and ending access

We may suspend or end access to an account that breaches these terms or the Community Standards, or where we are required to do so by law. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@nilavoss.com.

Changes and availability

The service is offered as it is and as available. We may change, pause or withdraw features, and we cannot promise uninterrupted access. We will update these terms as the service develops and change the date at the top of this page.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your use of the site in a way these terms do not permit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, without affecting protections available to you under local law where applicable. Contact: hello@nilavoss.com.
