By using this site or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Community Standards. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

This service is for adults only. You must be 18 or older, and you confirm your age when you create an account.

Your account

Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Accounts are personal: do not share, sell or transfer your access, and keep your password confidential. Tell us at hello@nilavoss.com if you think someone else has used your account.

We ask you to confirm your email address before signing in, so we know the address belongs to you.

What the service is today

At the moment this site is an account and preview experience. Paid subscription and checkout are not live, and no payment method is collected or charged.

Where a price such as ₹999 monthly is shown, it is the planned opening price and is informational only. Seeing it does not charge you and does not create a paid membership.

No billing will happen unless and until you explicitly complete a future checkout, under the terms and prices displayed to you at that time.

Licence to view

When private material is released to members, it is licensed to you for personal, private viewing only. Copying, recording, screenshotting, downloading for redistribution, scraping, public posting or sharing your credentials is not permitted.

All content, photography, text and brand names on this site remain owned by Nila Voss Private or its licensors. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.

Conduct

Do not use the site for harassment, threats, hateful conduct, impersonation, automated collection of content, security testing without permission, or anything unlawful.

Suspension and ending access

We may suspend or end access to an account that breaches these terms or the Community Standards, or where we are required to do so by law. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@nilavoss.com.

Changes and availability

The service is offered as it is and as available. We may change, pause or withdraw features, and we cannot promise uninterrupted access. We will update these terms as the service develops and change the date at the top of this page.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your use of the site in a way these terms do not permit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law and contact
