Who we are

Nila Voss Private ("we") operates this site. You can contact us at any time at hello@nilavoss.com.

What we collect

Account data: your email address, an optional display name you choose, your confirmation that you are 18 or older, and the account identifiers created for you when you sign up.

Technical and security data handled automatically by our authentication and hosting providers: IP address, browser and device information, and session and security logs. This is part of keeping accounts and sign-ins safe.

Why we use it

To create and authenticate your account, to operate and secure the service, to reply when you write to us, and to meet legal obligations that apply to us.

What we do not do

There are no live payments on this site today, so we do not hold billing or card information. We do not run advertising, advertising pixels or behavioural analytics, and we do not sell or rent personal data.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication and database hosting for accounts. Lovable provides the application hosting infrastructure. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google.

These providers may process data outside India. Where that happens, we rely on the provider's own contractual and security safeguards.

Session storage and cookies

Our authentication provider stores a session in your browser so you stay signed in. That storage is necessary for the site to work. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies.

Retention

We keep account data while your account exists, and for a reasonable period afterwards where security or legal records require it. Technical logs are kept for a limited period by our providers.

Your requests

Write to hello@nilavoss.com to ask for access to your data, correction of it, deletion of your account, or to withdraw a consent you gave. There is no automatic self-service delete control on the site today; we handle deletion requests by email. Some records may be retained where law or security requires it.

If you are unhappy with how we handled a request, tell us at the same address and we will look at it again. Rights available under other privacy laws apply where applicable.

Security and incidents

We use the security features of our authentication and hosting providers and keep access to member data limited. No system is perfect. If a breach affects your information and notification is required, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

Adults only

This service is for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly create accounts for minors, and we remove them if we learn of one.
