Where we stand on refunds today, and what changes when paid membership opens.
No payments are taken today
Nila Voss Private does not currently accept payments. Creating an account is free, and no card or payment method is collected. Because nothing is charged, there are currently no membership charges to refund.
Before checkout opens
When paid private access opens, this page will be updated with the cancellation and refund terms that apply, and those terms will be shown to you before you complete any checkout.
An unexpected charge
If you ever see a charge you did not expect that appears to relate to this site, write to hello@nilavoss.com with the date and amount and we will look into it and respond.
