Cancelling a membership

Monthly and yearly members can cancel future renewal through the secure billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and access ordinarily continues until the end of the period already paid for. Lifetime membership is a one-time purchase and has no renewal to cancel.

Requesting a refund

You will see the price, renewal terms and applicable conditions before completing checkout. Refund requests are reviewed under those terms and any rights that apply by law.

Write to hello@nilavoss.com with the account email, transaction reference and reason for the request. We will review it and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

An unexpected charge

If you see a charge you did not expect that appears to relate to this site, write to hello@nilavoss.com with the date, amount and transaction reference. We will investigate and respond.
